myCamp Manager is the premier Boy Scout camp management system developed for Scouts, by Scouts.
Since it's first incarnation in 2010, myCamp Manager has provided Camp Ho Non Wah of the Coastal Carolina Council a platform to relieve the burdern of a pile of paperwork. It's a Southern Thang! Come out to the Lowcountry District's Fall 2025 Camporee. We are set for check in at 3:00 pm Friday September 19, 2025 at Sergeant Jasper Park. The Camporee will extend to 11:00 am Sunday Spetember 21, 2025.This event will focus on Scout Skills, Orienteering, Wilderness Survival and fun! We're looking for who makes the best sweet tea and who shines in their Southern cooking skills. Other ribbons to be earned for "A Florida Man", Alabama "Rub a Little Dirt In That", Carolina "Find it Round Yonder", Georgia "Close that Gate" and Tenessee "Red Neck Log Cabin." Join us for a heaping good time!
The theme for the weekend will be Southern culture. Feel free to dress the part (except when Class A is worn). We are looking forward to a weekend of fun, fellowship, and some friendly competition!

Orienteering: 1, 2, 3(a, b), 4a-f, 5, 7a(1 course)
Wilderness Survival: 1a&6, 8
Tenderfoot: 1b, 4a, 4c, 5a
Second Class: 1a, 3a
First Class: 1a (1 troop activity), 3a-d
Second Class: 1a, 3a
There are opportunities for Scouts to complete other requirements during the Camporee. Please notify the Camporee Chairman if you have a Scout that would like to work on other requirements for ranks or merit badge requirements such as:
- Communications 8 (interfaith worship service or run the Campfire program)
-Second Class 8a Flag Ceremony
-Life Rank: 6a, d, h
Patrols are encouraged to dress the part in their version of
Southern or redneck attire.
"It's A Southern Thang" is based on the modern-day South. This here isn't the
time nor place for bringing up the war of Northern aggression or personal or family notions regarding that event, nor any paraphernalia that would bring about hurtful feelings. We are one great nation with lots of great folks coming together for a good time!

Where: Camp Ho Non Wah. Check in Friday 5:30-7pm at Ecology Lodge. Depart by 10am Sunday
$45 includes Sat. breakfast, lunch & dinner and breakfast Sunday, patch, craft and program supplies. There will be a late fee of $5 for any payments made after February 21st.
Please eat before arriving on Friday night.
Coastal Carolina Council's Cub families will get to forge memories through activities like canoeing, archery, BB's, slingshot, crafts, and games. Saturday evening will close with a campfire program. If you feel like rocking the campfire, come prepared to entertain with a Cub Scout appropriate song or skit or visit a group of youth volunteers who are prepared to teach songs and skits.

Sea Spot Run is a fishing Tournament for all age Scouts. Join us on MT. Pleasant Pier for a fun family fishing event.
9am -12pm
$35 includes a longe sleeve fishing shirt, patch, fishing license, bait, DNR assistance and a chance to win a trophy for one of 4 catagories.
Don't forget to order Chick filet for lunch in the trading post!

Webelos Woods is a time for Webelos and AOL scouts to come together and have fun while learning skills that they will use when part of a Scouts BSA troop. Patrols from Scouts BSA troops, Venturing Crews and Sea Scout Ships will lead activites such as firestarting, knot tying, cooking, etc. This year's theme is Scouting Around the World and promises to be a fun time! Please note that this event is run patrol-style (each unit will provide its own food).

Calling all Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts! (And Scout Troops!)
Webelos Woods is a campout designed to introduce Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts to the adventures of Scouts of America and to introduce Scouts to the many troop opportunities within the Lowcountry District. This weekend has these objectives: recruitment/introduction (bridging to Scouts of America), retention in Scouting after bridging, meeting other Scouts in the Lowcountry District, and developing leadership skills in older Scouts. This weekend will assist Scouts in understanding what scout life is like after Cub Scouting.
Scouts will learn basic Scout skills and participate in a little healthy Scout competition.
*Important - this is not a family campout. Webelos, AOLs, parents, and Scouts BSA scouts can attend. No siblings please. Parents will not be camping with Scouts.

This one-and-a-half day course is designed as an introduction to the Cub Scout outdoor program for leaders interested in adding a camping component to their Pack activities. BALOO training consists of an online pre-requisite www.my.scouting.org component in addition to an overnight hands on practical. BSA’s Cub Scout level camping policies will be taught along with the discovery of the necessary tools to help units carry out a successful camping experience. Completion of this course is mandatory for a MINIMUM OF ONE adult on a Pack overnight!
This course will be held at Camp Ho Non Wah, Saturday Novmber 8th starting at 8am through Sunday November 9th at ~12pm.

The Swamp Fox District plans a Webeloree each year designed to create a more meaningful Scouting experience for your Scouts. This year we present Swamp Fox Iron Chef. We want your youth to have a good time and enjoy the fellowship of other Scouts in the spirit of friendship and goodwill.
To guarantee a patch for your scouts, the patch for the Webeloree will be ordered 30 days before the event. At the time of the order, the number of participants will be rounded up by a count of 50 patches. (IE if 100 scouts are registered 30 days out 150 patches will be ordered, if 150 are registered 200 patches will be ordered.) Please keep in mind there will not be a second order of patches.

NYLT is a six-day course that emphasizes hands-on learning in a fun, engaging environment. Through a blend of activities, presentations, challenges, discussions, and games, participants will develop confidence and leadership abilities while working together as a team.
The course content is designed to build leadership concepts progressively, using practical exercises to reinforce learning. Participants embark on a Quest for the Meaning of Leadership, which brings the leadership lessons to life as they apply their skills throughout the course.
In order to attend an NYLT course, youth must meet the following qualifications by the beginning of the course:
- Must be a registered member of a Scouting unit.
- Must have a current Annual Health and Medical Record form parts A, B, and C.
- Scouts BSA members must be at least 13 years old by the first day of the course and no older than 17 years old. They must also have completed the Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops and achieved the rank of First Class.
- Venturers and Sea Scouts must be at least 14 years old (or 13 and completed eighth grade) and can be no older than 20 years old. They must have completed Introduction to Leadership Skills for Crews or Ships and have some basic camping experience.
- Have a unit leader recommendation.

With 10,000 acres at the Summit to explore, there’s no shortage of opportunities to build Scouting memories.
All Scouts welcome to join our Council Contingent of 80+. Must be a min. of a mature 12 years of age on or before the first day of the Jamboree. Contingent will travel together.
Cost $2,200 includes travel, tent, shirts, duffle bag, day packs, meals, and lots of patches.
