The Ordeal will be held September 11-13 at Camp Ho Non Wah Due to the COVID-19 virus and our commitment to the safety and health of our brothers and family, things will be done differently than usual. Check-in for this function will be held in the trading post from 5:00-7:00 pm. Complete Field Uniform (Class A and OA Sash) is required for Friday Check-in and activities for the evening. We ask all brothers, canaditates, and their family to wear a mask at all times while at camp.
Along with that be sure to bring the following items with you: tent, sleeping bag, work clothes, work gloves, water bottle, change of clothes, weekend camping gear and most importantly, a completed Medical Form only Parts A & B (REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN LODGE ACTIVITIES) – to be turned in at Registration. Look for additional tools needed for the Ordeal in lodge e-blasts prior to the weekend. Help us by being an example of cheerful service for those who will be completing their ordeal by getting involved in work projects and lodge activities throughout the weekend!
There is an Early Bird Registration Deadline (September 8th) so make sure you have registered by this date for a discount on the lodge function fee. Online Registration will also be available on the council website. If there are brothers that did not receive this letter or registration form, please direct them to Site236.com for a copy of this letter and the registration form. I cannot wait to be back at camp with all of you, hope to see you there!
Lodge Activity Attendance Policy
OA Functions are reserved for members of the Order of the Arrow in good standing with the Lodge. Guests (non-OA members) are only invited to register and participate in our annual Seafood Dinner held Friday Night of our Lodge Fall Fellowship. Please help us by communicating this policy to family members within your unit.
